At NikkisBabyGifts, we will ship your gifts as quickly as possible.
Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you have provided a valid e-mail address with your order, you will be able to track your order and shipment. You will receive two e-mails. The first confirms your order, the second confirms your shipment.
We process the majority of nonpersonalized gifts within 1 to 2 business days (many times the same day). Our warehouses are located on the East coast. Please be advised that orders sent to West coast will take longer to be delivered.
Standard shipments leave via UPS/FedEx Ground and will arrive within 1 to 5 business days of shipment. We do not ship overseas, or to PO Boxes and certain APO addresses. As of January 2011, we are providing FREE SHIPPING (except the states of Alaska and Hawaii)
Incorrect or not complete shipping addresses will be charged the UPS/FedEx fee for correction and re- pick -up, reship if necessary, usually a $10 fee. There will also be a restocking fee for the product.
For your convenience, when your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order online. (Both UPS/FedEx allow you to track your order while in route.)
Please note: The major carriers do not have regular ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders being shipped to these regions will incur extra shipping charges based on their specific rates. This charge will be applied at the time of shipment.
RETURNS- New merchandise can be returned or exchanged at the recipient's expense within 30 days of shipping for store credit or refund of the product(s) purchase price unless otherwise noted.(we do not refund the original shipping charge on items that were originally shipped free of charge as an incentive. They will be credited/refunded minus what the actual shipping charge was). Returns are accepted under the following conditions, the product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags. It has not been personalized in any way by NikkisBabyGifts or others. All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase. There will be a restocking fee for the product. Please notify us of any damages during shipping and we will resolve the issue by replacing the damaged item upon our inspection of the item. A return authorization has been provided from our distributors. All returns are pending our approval.
